In Ralph & Russo Couture

Wearing a white Ralph & Russo gown, Kangana attended the premiere of Queen in Paris. The gown may have felt more princess-ey but that doesn’t mean she didn’t look fabulous in it.

The actor was also seen in a printed Prabal Gurung suit, orange pumps and a side parted straight do. Catch the look inside.

  1. She looks every bit a diva in the first look. And with Ralph & Russo, now I only remember sonam’s cannes appearance. Kangana looks like a queen herself!!!

The second suit look is AMAZING! That is a lot of print to pull off and it’s not easy to do it. She is owning it!!!!!!!!!!! I can already imaging sonam copying this look sometime soon. :)

Before anyone says, why am I bringing in sonam here, it’s because she is hailed as some fashionista and off late I see her copying Kangana’s styles!

    • I always felt Sonam copied stuff right off the runway. Also it looked forced on her. Kangana has certain effortlessness to her dressing just like her acting when she pulls off tough roles with great ease. She is turning to be quite an all rounder. She looks fantastic.

  2. She has come a long way from those tacky Rajat Tangri & Gavin Miguel outfits to Ralph & Russo and Prabal Gurang possibly the best designers in the world.

  4. Ok P&P you cannot say princessy here coz she is damn Queen. Besides everyone gets the look she is trying to pull off. And I think you should watch her interview in the other suited ensemble; she looks amazing and stylish and is worth a post on it’s own ?

  5. so OTT !! she looks like a bride. Not appropriated at all, from a french point of view, in the context! it’s just a small screening for hindi movies’ fans – very few here in Paris, even if enthusiastic ^^ It looks like she’s going to marry some prince in a grand wedding lol However, the fans seemed to be very happy on the pics and Kangana too so it’s still pleasant to see :)

    • Well, I don’t see very few ppl around her.. moreover, ‘Queen’ has been 1 of the best Hindi movies in recent times where she pulled off a brilliant performance, that too shot majorly in ‘Paris’! So, coming back to the city wearing a gown keeping in mind the ‘title’ of the movie isn’t too much I guess. And she wears just the right dress for the interview, looking chic and sexy!

      • it’s amazing how close-up would make you believe there’s a huge crowd when only 10 people stand behind ^^. I’m a parisian living in Paris so I know – a bit – what I’m talking about. In this cinema they regularly screen hindi movies for fans, and I can tell you fans here are super happy and extatic :)) but it does not mean that it’s a big premiere. And about the film, I was really disppointed, the beginning was full of promises but the rest was really embarassing, with the girl learning and becoming friends with happy shiny prostitutes – really? And there is no interaction with the European people and culture… it reminds me of movies like “Darjeeling Limited” where Indians are just here for clichés and ornementation . hate that :/ It could have been a good movie if the part with the youth hostel was more intelligently developped…

        • I agree about the slightly sloppy representation of certain characters, especially her new friends in Amsterdam.
But I think the major win in the movie was the graph of the girl.

People, (especially girls but not limited to) from any part of the world would be able to relate to what she goes through, and would be cheering for her by the end.

        • Coming to her dress, I think she looks wonderful.
I dont know why it would be too princessy or OTT.

I see these comments about Sonam, Deepika etc too.
What do people expect someone to wear to the premiere of their own movie? Denims :D
Of course you’d seize the moment.

If they wore this to a friend’s birthday party, that’s when they need help !
