Wearing a heavily embellished gown by designer Rick Roy, Kangana looked more like an uncomfortable tween channeling her inner Barbie than a lady who walks into the room to own it! A fine line between ‘grace’ and ‘cheese’, we know which side of the drawn lines this look falls on! Don’t we? ;)

I think the problem is that when you put her hair, makeup and dress together it does not work, I think if she just had put her hair in a simple bun it would have looked better.
I 2nd the 1st comment…These designers need to be humiliated on a public forum,it’s sheer plagerism what they do.It’s a disgrace to creativity and any form of it..
How ppl like Surily,Nandita etc…etc… walk around with such smugness is amazingly discusting!Not only that but I hope ppl realise it’s also a pure insult to the Indian client…

She looks like she’s chanelling Aishwarya at Cannes on Day 1. Similar dress – both design and colour, same pose (hands-on-waist wrestler style). The question is, of all the beautiful people to emulate, why choose someone as unfashionable as Aishwarya Rai???

I loved her in the marc jacobs dress couple of weeks ago and in most of her previous looks. But I have no clue why is she doing doing this to herself…the hairstyle and the dresses are tacky. didn’t expect this from kangana.
It’s a pretty dress (sort of) but it fits HORRIBLY on her…it makes her look FLABBY D: she is NOT flabby (right?)
the hair is horrible and I know she has oily skin, and I sympathize, but she should maybe wear more powder or something
@Prem Rogue, hell no. Aishwarya’s gown looked bridal but it was beautiful and elegant. This gown looks cheap and tacky. The accessories are all wrong and her hair and makeup are a disaster.

i dont think tat volume dresses are only appropriate for weddings and proms, SJP did look great on same kinda dress but yea it ws much more prettier and a beautiful version of this which i cant even compare, i dont think this works on her.. she hv got a figure to carry on anythin bt y this… on such a big event.. im not liking her hair either..
Agree with Carol about Ash and with KK…. she does look like she’s going to prom.. but even at prom she wouldn’t be all that. Most girls at my prom looked WAY better than her. Anyway the hair… maybe its the humidity? Is it humid where she’s at?

Oh man! the designer needs to bury his head in a tutu with shame. KR has a killer body and he made her look like this! The hair stylist needs to be whipped with a wig, ugly ugly hair.
i think the hair tied up.. minus those earrings and that bag would have looked fine. Leaving the dress as it is would have been better here.
