For promotions of Simran on Saturday, Kangana was seen in floral printed Dolce & Gabbana dress and Chanel flats. Extending on the floral theme, her hair do was decorated with jasmine flowers and a pink rose.
I liked the idea of doing a desi twist on the typical Dolce & Gabbana-esque red roses hairdo but because of the flats, the overall look felt a little underwhelming.
Makes me wonder if she was doing a photo shoot or interview where she was going to be shot only waist up.

The flats r just perfect for this look, a shoe would have taken away the attention and the floral hair decoration would have looked out of place. The only part a miss here is the hair styling, if there was no hair loosely left at front it would have been more belonged. The front hair makes the flowers fall Back.

It has a beach vibe. Well definitely cute if you are at a beach side resort all dressed up for a dinner. A day promotional event..nahhh, not much.
On a side note, all this dressing up for event/airport/promotion now falls a bit flat after I heard her speak on few shows. The dolling up and intelligence doesn’t match !!. Am not stirring up anything, just my personal opinion
