In Preeti S Kapoor
Put your hands up if you think there is wayyy too much going on with this look! It’s pretty and every thing, but the Preeti S Kapoor gown is oh so costume-y!
Ringling Bros. And Barnum and Bailey anyone?

I kinda liked it – its so her, so boho style. I just don’t like the velvet border at the border.
oh dear. i need sunglasses to see this costume!
Wow!!!! This is how I would dress like if I were on LSD.That and only that would be sole reason for wearing …..whatever that is!
I love it on her. This is a great example of how even a weird outfit can look fantastic when its worn by the right person. Its so her that I actually like it!!!
I m on the fence. it is costumey but yet nice n very different from the usual plain black n red gowns and well its an awards function..
I *love* -it’s so fun :)
and the award goes to ‘Harry Potter’! :D
She needs a better hairdo
The dress should’ve been sleeveless & strapless. I would’ve liked it. It’s just too busy at the top and on the sleeves.
i agree with dn…..the brocade border is not my liking too…otherwise i love it
I love it, its got that 60s carefree feel to it. n much better than her sad pastel sari episode last time
I love it…she wears it well…
Only KAlki can carry this look. However the dress can be reinvented into a mini, halter neck, sleeveless etc and would look fab. I love the colors.
Slightly overwhelming, but she manages to look cute.
I like it, not the outfit so much as her attitude. She has a sort of effortless style, as though she doesn’t care what fashion magazines think, and she carries it off well..
Its BIZARRE but its o HER!!!!!!
Its a bit too much but I kinda like it and she carries it of so well!!!
I feel the design of the gown is same as the design of a saree blouse she wore at Toronto (not sure) film festival……..isnt it
Yes, both designs were from the same 2008 collection, hence the similarities.
hem it above the knee, and it would work for anyone. love the colors
Agree that the dress is costume-y but Kalki sure does make it work!
