In Rabani and Rakha

Wearing a gold Rabani and Rakha sari, Kajol attended a wedding ceremony today.
Her Aquamarine earrings while pretty felt a bit much. Given the sari was so gaudy, wish she’d opted for simple pearl studs or earrings to balance out the bling. Not that am a fan of the sari itself.

I don’t see how this saree is tacky…shes at an indian wedding…heeellllooo thats where you wear bling…lots of bling…voh toh indian weddings ki shaan hoti hai! I think she rocked the saree, but please smile more Kajol!
ITA. The fact that she wore a dutt/chignon helped a lot to contain the look.
She should have worn a blouse that would have offset the blingy sari. It’s not that bad a look actually.
I think you guys are forgetting that people do wear blingy things on weddings! as long as it doesnt look tacky, which it doesnt on kajol, bling is fine
She should stop wearing halters. It does NOT suit her body type. That spoiled the look more than the earrings or the bling.
If you see what other people wore at the wedding, she looks much less tacktastic than others! That being said, I’d have worn a different blouse with the saree…it just doesn’t flatter her much.
Methinks her stylist went on leave on that day..
I’m getting a bit of a Rekha feel from this, and that’s not a good thing.
