A great white sari is such a classic… It is a definite ‘must-have’ in everyone’s wardrobe regardless of age!
Both these ladies look totally fabulous but we do wish Kangana skipped the belt and went with a different pair of shoes!

Kangana’s poses are the silliest I’ve seen in some time…its like somebody doing a goofy imitation of the standard model poses.
Ok… woah? Jaya Bachchan looks sooo good. I love when she’s in a sari like this. and no matter how old she gets, she’s always gonna retain that cute smile (the few times we see her smile!)

Jaya’s is a beautiful saree (Abu-Sandeep no doubt) but hate the way she has draped it… it could have been so elegant if she wasn’t clasping it like a security blanket. Quite prefer Kangana between the two, she’s petite enough to carry off THAT drape without looking vulgar
i haven’t seen jaya bachchan look this good in absolutely ages. hope she keeps it up.

and i think she looks absolutely stunning (except for the shoes)…belt is interesting
as for the hair – being a curly haired person myself..i dont think its necessary to straighten your hair – she looks great just the way she is naturally…why always follow the norm :)
i think kangana looks stunning and i’m glad she doesn’t have straight hair looking like every cookie cutter actress out there..she has individuality and stands out..i actually like the belt on her but she needs to ditch the shoes..she looks radiant! Jaya looks ok..i like her jhola..
Jaya’s saree is wow! Yes Flower Power, that sure looks like an Abu-Sandeep piece. Kangana’s, on the other hand looks a little tacky…don’t really dig the way its drapped either. And what’s with that pose of hers?? Still in ‘Fashion’ mode, eh??

Do ya’ll think that white is not a color for the fall/winder season? That bothers me about indian actresses. They seem to wear white/light colors all year round.
What is Fall/Winter in Mumbai? It is okay to wear the color as they prefer. Why should anyone go by the norm. There is no IN or OUT colors.
Both look age appropriate and nice. Except for the obvious mistake of Kangana wearing those shoes. But hey..maybe she has cracked heels that need to be covered :)
Belt on Kangana is unique and interesting. Maybe this might start a fashion.
I love the white saree look. I think its definitely very classic.
Kangana’s makeup always comes off as looking TOO dewy…to the extent that “glowy” becomes “oily”.
I like her earrings and her clutch.

It’s difficult to compare really as Jaya’s sari is so much better then Kangana’s. Kangana would really have looked better if she had different shoes on and no belt. I don’t her skin is that oily and I love her hair.
JB needs to stop being so complacent… she needs to exercise & lose all that chub, throw her bottles of red nailpaint etc etc…she looks good here compared to disasters elsewhere… who is here role model, tina ambani? she needs to look around and see that women in their sixties are no longer looking like they used to, shobha de might be too high an aim for her but what about sharmila tagore?… for starters she can start reading this blog
I actually rather like Kangana’s saree…and I think it’s accessorized well (earrings/clutch/belt). I would definitely change the shoes though for a strappy number!
As for Jaya….she always seems a littly disarrayed to me…although the saree is pretty it’s draped horribly

Kangana looks good. A little oily yes but then too much makeup and she’d probably be called pancakey. It’s India.. sweat is bound to happen.
