Yes we did say it made for a refreshing change to spot Ms. Dhody in a sari, but this isn’t what we bargained for!
While Queenie’s look was a tad loud for us, Ms. Raheja’s was a bit ‘filmy’ for us! Though, ‘filmy’ or not, she still shone and looked fabulous!

Queenie Dhody aka Queenie Dowdy! She continues to wear chalky makeup, looks tired and old. Why, God why can’t Indian socialites have any dress sense or individuality – they all look loud, garish and quite ugly inspite of trying hard to out do each other (read – buying or borrowing brand names). They should learn a thing or two from Hema Malini, Waheeda Rehman and Sharmila Tagore. These women look beautiful for their age and carry themselves with such dignity.

both saris are cute in a way…queeni is spoiling it with that binda thats y its lukn too orangish n garish…she should have kept her makeup bare minimum n may be a lil loosebun on the nape..
