She wore a purple one for her appearance on ‘The First Ladies With Abu-Sandeep’ and for an interview series for Hindustan Times, Gauri sported another Hervé Léger bandage dress, this time in black.
Now why on earth would Ms. Khan get another Léger in the same design really has us wondering! We definitely didn’t expect her to pull ‘A One In Every Color’.

I think buying the same dress in two different colors is permissible if the dress itself is attractive and makes a different statement in each color, as this Leger number does. I don’t love all Herve Leger bandage dresses, but this one is quite understated, and while the purple one is feminine and slightly flirty, the black one gives Gauri a more dressy, formal appearance in keeping with the family-portrait theme.

These kids are such a beautiful combination of their parents.The bandage dress has caught my eye too and to be honest..if I had gauris money and her place in the limelight..id do the same.

but honestly, Hervé Léger has so many wow dresses to offer. why does she have to pick up the same in different colors?

i prefer the black to the purple. the purple looks a bit washed out to me. although, i wish she had chosen a different dress altogether. there are so many gorgeous herve leger dresses out there, this one’s kind of blah. the boob strap is a complete put off. just my two cents.

Wow Suhana looks exactly like Shahrukh khan just a bit more serious, Aryan looks a combination of both parents and charming exactly like his father, about buying two same dresses in different colors.. I dont find anything wrong or uninteresting about it, if you love an outfit you are always tempted to have it in different colors, I have 4 exactly same winter t-shirts just different colors..

Gauri looks really beautiful when she stays away from that shiny make-up. I like the black version of the dress more than the purple. It looks sexy, sophisticated, and elegant.

AWWwww, they all look so cute! Gauri is very pretty, especially when she smiles. Nothing wrong with having two items in different colours. My only gripe is with her hair – I think she should change it up, we never see her with a ponytail or straight hair, updos etc.
To Carol: I would most definitely dress up if my photos are going to be published in the Hindustan Times (and get hair and makeup done)!

Yeh I don’t get owning the same dress in different colours. I’m not going to lie I have done it with shoes but I don’t do it with heels anymore. Sometimes I do it with flats as really comfy flats can be hard for me to find.

i think there is absolutely nothing wrong with having the same dress in 2 colours, it just shows how they can be normal people too!!! especially if it looks that amazing on Gauri :D plus i donno if n e 1 noticed but Suhana is wearing the same black dress she wore to the premiere of Drona! :P
