In Malini Ramani
For her appearance at a recent charity event in Mumbai, Divya picked a Malini Ramani sari. Silver jewelry from Amrapali and a Bottega Veneta clutch were her accessories of choice for the evening. Though the sari isn’t my cup of tea, there’s no denying Ms. Kumar wears it well.

I like the blouse but the print on the sari is too much for my taste.
Too much of a print but she has kept everything else minimal. And the blouse looks good on her. She looks lovely.
She actually does, doesn’t she? her make-up and styling has evolved to being subtle. I love the saree print, but would have preferred a plain blouse.
Ikr! She has good potential. Hopefully she will retain this subtlety. By the blouse, I meant the style of it. It wont work on many I feel. Yes it could have just been a plain one to let the sari print be the focus.
+1
Love the blouse! I would have gone for a plain saree, maybe in a different colour.
She does look nice though.
The mirror-image sari style is confusing the hell out of me. Guess it doesn’t bother others ; )
The sari print already feels like illusion and this whole pallu on right adds to the illusion. not working for my eyes.. sorry.
COMPLETELY AGREE. The first thing that felt off was pallu on the right. It feels so uncomfortable. Maybe because we are so used to seeing it on the left. Even imagining wearing a clothing with a busy print and then wearing it in an unconventional way make me dizzy. That is hell lot of illusion for a clothing and yeah not working for eyes.
She is looking good !!!!
I think the makeup is making a lot of difference !! No heavy bronzer issues..
I don’t think it’s working for her.
Something about her is very 70s.dont know if that is good or bad.
Can’t understand this. Why couldn’t the designer make the saree design for a conventional drape? It would have looked lovely.
She looks great!
She looks really good here. Should have skipped the ear rings though. Hate ’em!
