Ditto Again?

Black suits and bow-ties or ties seemed to be the official outfit for men at Deepika Ranveer’s reception. Here is a round up of some other men who also dressed identically at the party.

Question is; whose look are you digging the most in this lineup?

L-R: Sachin Tendulkar, M.S. Dhoni & Sanjay Kapoor

L-R: Aparshakti & Ayushmann Khurrana, Dino Morea, Jitendra & Tushar Kapoor

L-R: Amitabh Bachchan, Mohit Marwah & Farhan Akhtar

  1. I am sorry but how is this a “ditto” situation?
With men’s “black tie” (which I guess was their memo) clothing there’s really only so much one can do with male formal wear after all , if one doesn’t want to go wrong/ end up looking weird. It’s classic.

Maybe female fashion is the thing you guys do to the best of your capabilities.

    • Right? I’m not sure they’ve understood how to cover men’s fashion. They keep praising stuff that has obvious issues and dismissing anything that’s actually either classic or fashion-forward.

  2. Not sure why this blog even bothers to comment on men’s fashion. Most of the time your opinions are in direct contrast to basic men’s fashion norms. Clearly, you guys don’t understand men’s fashion. Even international fashion critics either study women’s fashion or men’s fashion, never both; I’d be hard pressed to think of anyone credible who does both.

Clearly, you’re pandering to your audience. Be better than that.

  3. It’s been said before, but by your logic, every female wearing a sari was a ‘ditto” as was everyone wearing a lehenga, as was everyone wearing a gown, as was everyone wearing shoes. What ridiculousness is this?
