In Patine
Wearing Patine separates, Diana attended promotions of Happy Bhaag Jayegi in Delhi on Wednesday with jewellery from Suhani Pittie and Koovs sandals finishing out her look.
As much as I love that jacket, between the high-neck blouse and the satin dhoti style pants, the look felt a bit stuffy. I, for one, wasn’t a fan.
Were you?

This looks like a fallout from a bad French period drama imitating the court of Louis XVI and that is not a compliment :p
Hahahaha. This look is just bad.
Couple of edits by the stylist and this dowdy outfit would have worked beautifully.
1. Shorten the length of the jacket to hit her just below the waist.
2. Crisp Wide leg black pants in non-satin material.
3. Sleek ankle strap black sandals
4. Deep red lip and simpler loose hair
Then it would change the whole look altogether. It’s obvious that the stylist had a unique silhouette in mind.
Exactly. Change is exactly what’s needed here.
P&P a suggestion for you: instead of just saying it doesn’t work or we didn’t like it, it would be fun to read your inputs on how a look could have been salvaged with minor edits if possible.
You seems to be new to this block!
FYI
they often suggest how the look could have been better with some tips, please check the previous entries :)
Lol @ new to this block.
Yes! Ss is the new kid on the block! :)
I am a fan. Yes, the look could have been absolutely on point if the pants were cigarette or sharp slim fit. Having said that, it’s not often you see an attempt at new silhouette.
I think she carries this with ease and having seen points given by you at times for ‘owning a look’ to many , why not.
She is being a model here, a good model. She is looking like a British or Rajasthani prince. Contribution to fashion. Regal look.
Shirt/top luks like d one worn by characters in Shakespeare’s plays.. :D
God she is gorgeous, but that outfit is pretty damn funny.
Though appreciate the effort for the new look, not a fan of it.
That jacket is so lovely, everything else lets it down.
She looks amazing. The jacket is exquisite. Kudos for trying a unique silhouette.
