In Manish Malhotra

Love this earthy, rich color on Dia, a welcome change from the icy pastels. On anyone else this wouldn’t have played out well but Dia absolutely makes this dress work on her! We like.

  2. Dia is like a beautiful well dressed doll…I can’t remember the last time she dressed badly…always simple, elegant and graceful…i so wish a certain Ms. Rai Bachchan would do the same, being equally beautiful but with less than good taste in clothes…

      • sadly beauty to South Asians is fair skin, light hair etc. judging by that Aish and Dia are beautiful no doubt but personally I feel that the jkind of earthy beauty of someone like Bipasha or Chitrangadha much more attractive.

  3. When i scrolled dwn the pic,i was expecting some legging/churidar.Dress is so indian-ish and looks she forgot churdar.
No doubt color and dress is gorgeous on her.But legging and shorter length would have given it complete look.

  5. love the color and it is great that she has worn no accessories with the dress. not liking the hemline and shoes. I am SO happy to see that she has cut her hair, she looks great, so much more her age.

  6. WOW! love the color and above all the way she has accessorized the outfit. Lovely.

The dress is struggling with a bit of an identity crisis but Diya manages to pull this off. On anyone else this may have been a Wtheey!!

  7. luuurrve…except the awkward lenght that makes her legs look like twigs and the terrible heels that only add to the twiggy leg situation. I have really skinny legy, and the one thing i avoid like the plague are chunky footwear!

  8. i like the golden brown color of the dress. thats one of my fav colors..dia looks stunning as usual. like the short hair too. tassels were a must on sarees pallu in good old days. its like an indian vintage thing

  9. What a cutie pie… she looks so beautiful. Makes an MM creation look so classy. The tassel belt is also okay, don’t mind it as much as the footwear. Love the colour.

  10. Dont like anything about the dress, but Dia totally saves it. Anyone else would have taken it to frumpy-land. God I wish i carried my clothes like she does.

  11. Dia with her personality and elegance adds so much more to any ordinary dress. This outfit is borderline ugly with that tacky border and tassles but she magically makes it work. <3 her style and charisma.

  12. Dia’s always presents herself well in a ladylike manner. Unlike most of today’s want to be sex kitten Bollywood actresses, she always looks alluring without revealing too much.

  17. Only a Dia can make an MM dress look gorgeous. I normally don’t like brown coloured clothes.. but this rust shade is looking great on her.. what a feminine woman. Will forgive the tassels.. the shoes could have been edgier

  18. I think the color is nice…. i agree that the length is odd…its stuck between an evening dress and a suit….. the fall of garment is badd…it seems that the border is quite, affecting the fall of the garment, and the latkans in this case is giving a very curtainy effect, could be because of the color and the look of the fabric..
