It’s hardly a surprise to see Dia Mirza in a French Connection dress but it was a surprise to see her in one at the launch of another clothing store. Odd that, Ecko Unlimited couldn’t get her to dress up in their label. If we were the VP of Marketing, we’d never allow it.
What’s your verdict on it? Should Dia have worn Ecko? Lara and Kareena stuck to the code by wearing Zara to the store launches.

Not really a fan of the dress on its own but she works it – somewhat – I don’t really like her hair but still she looks cute enough.
Ecko is a man’s brand mostly with hip hop style clothing – doubt there’s anything for her :)
If they don’t have anything for ladies then why have her for the launch? There is no dearth of good looking guys in bollywood… Just commented on your comment, and is not personal… :)
Actually totally agree with P&P and Sindhu. I think it is the nice/right thing to do to dress up in the brand that you are endorsing. The dress is nice, but not impressed!

Unusual for her to wear a different brand.. its an OK dress, nothing great, but she wears it well
P & P – Ecko Unltd is a men’s brand – Dia would have come for the launch mostly to create hype and not endorse the brand.

I actually like her hair here. She looks different. In a good way.
They should’ve just picked a male star to promote/endorse the brand, considering that they are a men’s brand… but I guess it’s the same logic for having hot women on men’s mags. They get attention.
She looks so cute!! Very refreshing, breezy and casual look in an industry where most women wear so much make-up.

Why would anyone choose her for an ecko launch?? thats just weird, but she’s perfect. such a doll.
If she was launching the store then she should have worn their brand. Not huge on this dress anyway though i like dia… Would have been cool to see her in some hip hop gear for a change. Or they could have got someone who would go with the brand better. If she was just a guest at the launch, thoughthen it doesnt matter
