Wearing Dolce and Gabbana, Deepika continued to do the rounds promoting her upcoming movie. An updo and Forever 21 plaid flats completed her look. As far as choice of flats go, this was both unexpected and a great pick. That said, what this look really needed was a pair o’ heels. Hell, we’d even take a kitten heel. Those flats with the look .. Like a glass of flat bubbly! Just not the same without the effervescence.

This look is SCREAMING for some classy heels, I really don’t like those flats with it at all. I’m not crazy about the see-through top either, call me a bit conservative but she has so many greatt outfits to choose from and this is the best top she can come up with? I’m so over the lace look.
I dont like this look…the pants have been worn too high…May be I am not a fan of lace. Also those shoes don’t go with the lace…Plain nude pumps would have worked better…
Totally dislike the transy top..Bra-esque top is NOT COOL !! not at all..shoes does not go well with this look..DP is giving more misses these days :\
I agree. I am also not a fan of the bra like top… it just doesnt say classy. Would have liked the same pants and flats with a looser top tucked out perhaps.
why does she wear flats that don’t even match her outfit…even if she didn’t want to wear heals she could have chosen a plain black flats…like someone said earlier, FIRE HER STYLIST!

I am not a stylist for celebrities but even I can see why this look is not working and begging for some sexy heels.

Those flats are atrocious and very teeny-bopper. She does look good ankle up. If someone had to wear that sheer lace top Deepika would probably top my favorites list. But it’s not my cup of tea. I prefer the skin colored lining that’s available with lace, it’s tasteful. Must say though Deeipika’s make-up and hair is amazing.
No. The transparent top, the weird fitting trousers, all a big no. Neck up nice though.

Epic fail @ pairing high-fashion with street style. Cheap accessories (especially shoes) always stand out like a sore thumb. The pants are way too tight, we can see the zipper & unfortunately chignon + lace = corporate looks. Even a simple ponytail would have worked better.
Please, someone, just tell me that those are her driving flats! Why why whyyyy Dpad…why these ugly a** plaid flats?
This outfit makes her look top heavy. Or has she gained weight after filming? And those flats do not belong with that outfit at all.
Oh god that top! It’s probably fine for print, but in person it’s atrocious. I wouldn’t know where to look if i were to meet someone dressed like that :) I am sure I’d be a wee bit embarrassed to be around someone that was going about in a bra…

Deepika is lovely and has always been my favourite because of her understated casual/classy style. However, lately, not sure what has come over her but she’s just degenerated into a run of the mill, dare I say, a tad trashy former stylish person. Not liking it one bit.
When I saw the dolce pic on other sites, I was so elated that DP is finally getting back to her old self. Alas, here’s the full pic and those shoes.. no no no.. U had to wear some glamorous heels with this!! :/
Either her ankle is sprained or her leg is hurting. Otherwise why would she pick flats when the look screams out for some nice heels!
As mentioned earlier, i don’t really mind black or white background… your choice really.. But a lot of pics just don’t come up.. All is see is your comment and the sign to zoom in without the picture being there. Please resolve this.

Is Anaita on vacation or something? I prefer Kareena’s looks from her promotional tours. Deepika’s looks are very disconnected lately. And I’m so bored of lace already.

Smh vigorously. Another booboo from DP. People continuously tell me that I look like her which I was flattered by at first, but over and over again I’m rethinking the compliment.

That horrible horrible bra top, everyone knows that a bandeau top would have been lightyears better! Besides that I’m loving the D&G jumpsuit(?) individually. Now tell me, why would you pear such horrid flats with this stunning outfit? Another mix&match mistake by DP. If her ankle is hurting, do a solid color. And if you’re just too tired of wearing heels, suck it up! You’re on a promotional tour, you gotta step up your game babes.
Never thought I’d say this about DP, but this look has the beginnings of tacky. And we can’t even blame a missing stylist for this one!
Kitten heels must.! Though the match up of lace and checks is interesting, but the same checkered heels could have been in heels..
I wish she had worn her pants a little lower! She has a torso to show off and in this look it’s looking weird.
