I have never been a fan of puffed sleeves and hence this is a HUGE NO for me . But Chitrangda being Chitrangda works the hell out of the shirt like only she can .
Other than her makeup, this appearance could be a WTHEY! the exaggerated sleeves, ugly belt, awkward skirt lenght.. uff

After Kareena’s pencil skirt with Tee and this pencil skirt sighting, I almost feel like starting a petition for a normal, classic pencil skirt with simple white shirt sighting. Maybe that’s not “interesting” enough for the fashion conscious?
