I think the embroidery work must be lovely.. but the colors are too sharp a contrast for my liking.. they should have been a bit sober.. i love the red and blue and the red and pink tho.. nice
I LOVE the collection! Its so pretty :o) But the last black sari with white embroidery (last one, last row, bottom right) looks like this one really pretty sari Ash wore a loooong time ago…
Props to Azeem for not doing sequins.
Some of this stuff is a little … Singapore Airlines and tacky for my taste, but some of it is also interesting and pretty. I like the stuff in the second last row.
Azeem had these like applique work done on the sarees, with velvet and chiffon…breathtakingly fine embroidery…good job, colours are vibrant, but come on we are Indians and not dull gora’s
I actually like this collection a lot –maybe the sarees not so much, but I have always thought that designer sarees were nothing exceptional ever…I love the bright parrot green-yellow/prange combos. and I too love the fact that there are no sequins!!!!!
i like vibrant colors here , but i know these might not go with my skin tone :-( still it’s refreshening to see them,
i personally like the prints and designs of all tunics & dresses (not saris) which has red & bright pink color in it……..
I love vibrant colours – but the way Sabyasachi uses them. I’m just not feeling this. Although I believe Azeem Khan would probably do a splendid job with wedding trousseaus.
Hats off To azeem Khan.. his clothes are a WORK OF ART….awesome one of the best i’ve seen. Very International. He keep setting trends in his every collection… This year were embroidered ties for men and patent leather or PVC tights with chiffon and georgette combo…Like a hard and soft look… Did you know he was the one who started the stretch churidar trend which now everyone copies…his double pallu saree’s which shina N.C still copies…. He’s MARVELLOUS i’m awe struck….a standing ovation to MR.KHAN….awesome can’t stop thinking of his clothes and clothes

lively collection..esp the embroidery on the sarees!luv the vibrant colors
I like the collection – some of the saris are boring, but i like the vibrant color pants with the cute tops..
