Anushka was photographed in Roberto Cavalli separates at the recently held Music Awards. Given the mixed metallic-tones here, minimalist styling was the way to go. And tricky as the suit was, Anushka had absolutely no trouble making it work for her.

Are we looking at the same pictures? This look is simply atrocious. The gelled-back hair, the mixed metallic separates; there is not a single redeeming factor. P&P, I know fashion is subjective and each person has their favorites but I get the feeling you are increasingly disconnected from what your readers think. Your recent love for a few looks while critiquing minor things about others has me baffled.

This is how you do the bold, metallic look…go all out! Even though those pants are so on trend, they’d be difficult for anyone shorter to work. Her height is giving her all the advantage with it. And I agree, the styling is smart, it goes with the outfit without overwhelming or clashing.
Gotta disagree. Imagine the impact of pairing the jacket with with well tailored black cropped pants. This just looks weird.

This is such a fashion forward look from Anushka who usually plays it very safe. I liked it – mixed metallics look awesome when done right. Glad she didn’t give in to an expected combination.

The pants are completely nuts. The metallic shine, the stiff fabric, the fit – everything seems off. A pair of black pants would have been a safe choice, but would have worked so much better.
Awful pants …and the gelled back hair with lose strands at the back is neither here nor there. Not working IMO

Oddly enough, I like the mixed metallic look. Keeping everything else minimalistic furthered the look.
