Wearing a flowy Gauri and Nainika maxi, Anushka attended the Mirchi Music Awards.
I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan of the maxi at first as I thought the diagonal stripes wouldn’t be so flattering. Anushka’s sighting though, has made me change my mind.
In wearing the hair up and keeping the look simple, Anushka quite elevated the simple maxi.

Anushka usually looks so funky & cool but I found this look extremely unflattering on her ! If it werent a one shouldered dress, it would have still looked OK i suppose, but in general this ‘maxi’ looks more like a flag that u can drape around urself and go for a victory lap..

Much prefer it on the model than on Anusha. She is perhaps a little too lanky to pull this off. Would love to see it on Sushmita kind of figure..

That candy cane dress just has the right amount of cutesy and quirkiness rolled into it.
Looks fine from the front but the back just looks clumsy with all that fabric.
She is fun and quirky but she looks like she has drowned in that dress
