Akshay Kumar was rather underwhelming at the recent CNBC Awards! Way too under-dressed for an award ceremony, especially one where he is receiving an award! Wish he had brought out the suit!
P.S: Yes, those are Louis Vuitton loafers we’ve spotted before!

he looks more like he’s about to do a performance with all that silver colour. Definetly should have worn a suit style outfit.
I wish his wife would influence his dress sense-and those LV shoes are plain gawdy!!
I feel like Akshay doesn’t take his stardom seriously… which is not a bad way I guess because all this is temporary anyway. But atleast when getting awards, he could make an effort rather than looking like he’s just dropped his son to school and stopped by at a awards function.
The less said about the shirt and those loafers, the better.
Agree with @K’s comment, but then thinking “Dropped his son to school borrowed his clothes ….” . Back in 70s when I was a kid (Yeah Yeah I know I am almost a middle aged woman), I had a cousin whose mom used to get his clothes stitched from a local tailor master and he had exactly the same combination (only difference was : instead of a full pant he had nickers as bottoms). Do you notice that his buttons are on the same cloth as his pants. Back in the days , moms used to do that with the leftover cloths.
His hair cut also looks like my cousin’s when he used to get it from local “Nau”.

Can deal with: the shoes. (Actually, wouldn’t mind wearing this myself. How often do we guys get to wear silver shoes, eh? :) )
Can’t deal with: The pants. Can someone please tell desi men that cargoes and similar pants with multiple pockets down the legs went out in 2006? (I know we’ll have the Rohit Bal supporters up in arms and shouting that he showed cargo/zippered pants this season, but Bal doesn’t really determine international or even national trends.)

Cute story. Minor technical error: the vertical stripe on the shirt is not the same as the trousers. If you notice carefully (right pic) it has the check print as well. It’s just darker than the rest of the shirt.

i think he should have atleast bothered to tuck in the shirt for Gods sake.. but those shoes!! oh, its almost like he matched them with his shirt.. cute pair, but its a match much thing going right now..

I thnki Akki decided I have to match Twinkle.. Her dress has squares in blue and cutouts so I’ll wear checks and she white and blue so I’ll wear this grey-blue and white. This show when 2 people try to dress alike and one is subdues and the other is OTT!
@Adit… along with a spanking, please also burn all multi-pocketed trousers in his closet! He is yummness but those pants are ghastly!!!
How weird …he is my favourite now after all these years…there is something about him!! Anyways, he looks best in suit!
