At a Longines event in Delhi last week, Aishwarya picked Jade again, this time a black velvet lehenga. Her recent outings in Jade weren’t quite successful and while this one wasn’t an outright winner, she did look nice.

P.S. Given the number of outings Ms. Rai has had in Jade, wonder if she’s their new spokesperson as well.

I know black can be slimming but common Aiswarya, give us some colour. You are what you are!
But besides the colour it’s nice to see her looking confident and radiant again at the Longines event! She does look good even in that hideous Jade outfit.
AISH if you’re reading this.. PLEASE STOP WEARING BLACK AND ANARKALIS/LEHENGAS! I beg of you pleaseeee. You’re a beautiful woman who can pull off so many different things. Sridevi and Madhuri who are both older than you dress much more contemporary.
I agree on trying more western wear. Sridevi, hell yes! But Madhuri and contemporary? That’s the last person she should be looking up to if she wants to change things up. lol

Completely agree with your Madhuri comment. She should stp wasting her time trying to look chic and happening wearing western cloths, and stick to silk sarees. No offence she looks great in traditional sarees and like a joke in gowns.

and also i have been to the Jade store, they do really have some nice outfits with beautiful work. I wonder how does she manage to get the most hideous outfit for herself

she wears the the same clothes every time in different versions. reiterating what everybody has been pointing out.. she definitely needs to change it up!! cmmon ash… lets get out of that comfort zone!!

the only reason i can think of why she is wearing only these hideous lehengas is she has sworn that she will wear lehengas only whoever she looks in them.
