Haha, I don’t think the dress is THAT bad. Yeah, I wouldn’t wear it. But some of the atrocious clothes I’ve seen other celebs wear, this is not so bad. ;)
….Although it looks like Tulip forgot to wear a bra.
The color is so drabby on her and the fitting is bad too.
As for her looking worn out all the time, I read an interview where she said she had back problems that led her to be bedded for almost a whole year. I guess that kind of thing can really wear a person out. Atleast she is healthy and well now. Just needs to work on her dressing sense some more.
